Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") describes how Astrolabix LLC processes personal data on behalf of its business customers. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service, so it is already in force between you (the controller) and ReadSignFlow (the processor) from the moment you accept those terms — there is nothing further to sign. If your procurement process needs a countersigned copy for your records, ask us and we will provide one. Accepting the Terms gives general written authorisation for our sub-processors under GDPR Article 28(2); we give at least 30 days’ notice before a new sub-processor begins processing your data, you may object within 15 days, and where an objection cannot be resolved you may terminate the affected service without penalty. The sub-processors named in it are SmarterASP.NET (hosting, our only hosting provider today), Amazon Web Services, Inc. (SES email delivery, us-east-1) and Stripe, Inc. (subscription billing). All process data in the United States.
