What's included for email, SMS, and WhatsApp?
Free includes 500 emails/month; Starter 2,000 emails/month; Growth 30 emails + 5 SMS per employee/month; Enterprise unlimited email plus 8 SMS and 4 WhatsApp per employee/month. Overage is billed at cost + 5%.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade any time with features unlocking immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
