Our availability target is 99.9%: the target we operate to, not a measured result and not on its own a contractual promise, published with no measurement window, exclusions, or service credits — a contractual availability commitment with service credits is agreed in an Enterprise agreement. No known issues across the API, the admin and recipient portals, the email gateway, and webhooks; the SMS and WhatsApp gateways are built but not yet carrying live traffic. No public incidents have been recorded; when one occurs we publish the timeline here and email anyone who has asked to be told — email info@readsignflow.com to be added to that list or to report a problem.
